What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so that you can track the status of your order.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once your order is in the status of "ready to ship", "shipping" or "delivered", we cannot accept changes to your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two main payment methods:

In what currency will I be charged?
All of our transactions are based on US dollars. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will use the exchange rate for the currency you selected, depending on which website you are on.

Do you offer a 3- or 4-fold payment option?

We accept 3-fold payment.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania. Payment methods include PayPal and credit card.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 3-7 days to process.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track the status of your order.

What if I am not home?

If you are not home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and shipping method you have chosen.
You may also need to go to your local post office to pick up your package if it cannot be delivered to you.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns? We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must have been sold in our online store
- The product must not have been used in any way
- The request for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery
To return, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange the product?

We accept exchanges, and the same conditions as for returns apply.
For exchanges, please mention that you want to exchange the product for another product when making a return with our support service.

Are returns free?
To return the product, please contact our customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, place the product securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, return shipping is free. If you return a product and the reason for the return is not a guteslebend.com .com error, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is approved, a refund, credit or exchange will be issued within 14 days of our service accepting your return.
